Our ready made - frozen prepared meals & sides made with wholesome & fresh ingredients in small batches, no added preservative or artificial color. 

Simply heat up in the oven or stove.  

Reheat:  Remove plastic wrap, 350F - 375 from frozen, 25 -45mins.  Shorten cooking time for semi-thaw items, inside temperature should reach 74 degree.  Adjust cooking time according to your oven model.  DO NOT MICROWAVE.

Keep well frozen in an air-tight container for 4-6 months.

Lasagna (plant-based):  House made GF Pasta - Water, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Chickpea Flour, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Psyllium Fiber & Salt. Filling: Zucchini, Cauliflower Onion, Carrots, Celery, Garlic, Olive Oil, Tomato, Tomato Paste, Salt & Pepper, Oregano, Basil, Bay leaf, Water, Grated Nafsika’s Garden Mozzarella.  House-made Bechamel Sauce: Coconut Milk, Water, Salt & Pepper, Nutritional Yeast, Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Agar & Guar Gum

Chickpea & Sweet Potato Curry (plant-based) with Basmati Rice:  Sweet Potato, Chickpea, Veggie Stock (Water, Onion, Celery & Carrots), Red Onions, Coconut Milk, Canola Oil, Madras Curry Powder (chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, green cardamom), Rice Flour, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Cane Sugar & Pepper

Sides heating instruction:  

Defrost pouch of sides in refrigerator overnight. 

In an appropriate sized pot, bring water to a boil.  Add defrosted pouch into the water.  Reduce heat to a simmer for 12-15min.  Carefully remove package from the hot water.  Open bag pour out contents into a serving plate.  Enjoy with your favorite main dish.
