We bake fresh on Monday & Thursday and we deliver on Tuesday & Friday.

(Some Tuesdays or Fridays may be affected over the long weekends or statutory holidays) 

We are primarily wholesale, to include your order into our baking cycle,

For customer who live within our delivery radius (Warden to Broadview & Queen to O'Connor/St Clair) - with minimum order $30.00 

Please note that your delivery time varies depending on your location, it could be as early as 7am.  We will leave your order on your front porch and a notification email will be sent once delivered.

We will try our best to accommodate last minute order or request whenever possible.  You will receive an email confirmation if we are able to fulfill your request.

SHIPPING BY CANADA POST (Nov till Mar)

Outside GTA - Shipping by Canada Post.  

Canada Post no longer guarantee Xpress shipping within 2-3 days... No refund from the bakery due to transit delay, delays caused by weather, strikes, natural disasters, inaccurate shipping information, terrorism or theft at customers' location after delivery.

It is not possible to ship our frozen prepared food by Canada Post!

GTA & outside GTA customers are welcome to place an order and arrange in-store pick up either on Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday between 11am - 2pm.

Orders that are not picked up on scheduled time or date will be kept in our freezer up to two weeks.

If you failed to pick up your order and not replying to our follow up emails / texts / phone calls.  There will be no refund or cancellation once order has been prepared.

CONDO / APARTMENT Building Delivery:

For the health & safety of our employees & yours. 

Our drivers are not going into the elevators & building floors.  They will deliver to your security / concierge desk or leave your box at the designated lobby/mail area.  

We will try our best to contact you prior and upon arrival.  Send us an email on delivery instruction will be very helpful.

Our frozen items are for store pick up or delivery within our radius. (Warden to Broadview & Queen to O'Connor/St Clair)

During the cooler months (Nov - Mar).  Customers who live outside our radius can order our frozen items (except Gelato).

Please ensure someone is home to receive your order. 

We are not responsible for any damaged or spoiled goods left unattended once delivered.
