Our Baking Days are Monday & Thursday

We are primarily wholesale.  Please meet our order deadlines to include your order into our baking cycles.

Toronto / Selected GTA Home Address Customers:

We will try our best to accommodate last minute order or request. You will receive an email confirmation if we are able to fulfill your request.

(Some Tuesdays or Fridays may be affected over the long weekends or statutory holidays)

 Toronto Home Local Delivery (within 6 km radius from our bakery) deliver by our Gemaro Team on Tuesday or Friday morning.

Please note that your delivery time varies depending on your location, it could be as early as 7am. 

We will leave your order on your front porch and a notification email will be sent once delivered. 

Leave a cooler box at your front pouch if you order frozen products.  Please be home to receive your order!

Delivery fee waived (Toronto Home Local Delivery within 6km radius from our bakery) with minimum order of $45

If you order our frozen products during the summer months, do expect the frozen products be slighly/thawed upon arrival.

You will receive an email to confirm the delivery date.  An Opt-In Notification Text will be sent by our delivery service.  Please opt-in if you wish to receive text notification when your order is on the way. A local cell phone number is required to receive text notificaitons.

 Starling's driver will contact you by text prior and upon arrival.

Please be home to receive your order!

SHIPPING BY CANADA POST (Nov till Jan)  

We will not accept orders during the warmer months 

Our products might not travel well in a warm truck

Outside GTA - Shipping by Canada Post.  

There is no guarantee by Canada Post for Xpress shipping within 2-3 days... No refund from the bakery due to Canada Post work  or transit delay, delays caused by weather, strikes, natural disasters, inaccurate shipping information, terrorism or theft at customers' location after delivery.

It is not possible to ship our frozen products by Canada Post!

GTA & outside GTA customers are welcome to place an order and arrange in-store pick up either on Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday during store opening hours.

Orders that are not picked up on scheduled time or date will be kept in our freezer up to two weeks.

If you failed to pick up your order and not replying to our follow up emails / texts / phone calls.  There will be no refund or cancellation once order has been prepared.

CONDO / APARTMENT Building Delivery:

It is our company policy to deliver only to your security / concierge desk.  Driver will leave your box at the designated lobby/mail area.  

We will try our best to contact you prior and upon arrival.  Send us an email on delivery instruction will be very helpful.

Our frozen items are for store pick up or delivery within 6km radius from our bakery.

During the cooler months (Nov - Mar).  Toronto customers who live outside our 5 km radius can order our frozen items.

GTA Customer who order frozen products, the products may be thawed by the time they reach your location.  You may have to use them up within the next few days.

Please ensure someone is home to receive your order. 

We are not responsible for any damaged or spoiled goods left unattended once delivered.
