Shipping/Delivery and Pick Up Policy

Gemaro Bakery products are handcrafted fresh & made to order, same day shipping is currently not available.  

For customers who live within our delivery zone, you may order via website or email.  Payment accepted by Square or etransfer. 

We will deliver your order ourselves every Tuesday and/or Friday.  For curbside pick up, please email us info@gemarosolutions.com to arrange Tuesday or Friday pick up between 11am - 2pm.

All other orders (outside our delivery zone) are accepted 24/7 by our system.  Orders should be placed before noon time on Sunday, so they are baked & shipped out fresh.  Orders from Toronto customers may receive their orders on Tuesday or Friday depend on customer’s location.

Canada Post has suspended delivery guarantee.  They will not guarantee next 2-3 days delivery for our fresh baked goods - NO REFUND from the bakery for spoilage due to transit delay.

Gemaro Bakery is not responsible for delays due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, or inaccurate shipping information and theft at customers' location after delivery.

Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. Once a package has been sent for delivery, the address cannot be altered.

There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any orders once it has shipped.

Any orders that are not picked up on scheduled time or date will be kept in our freezer up to two weeks, if you failed to pick up your order without replying to any of our follow up emails / texts or phone calls.  GEMARO Bakery will no longer be accepting your order.  Please respect our time and effort that put into preparing your order.
