Our buns are soft inner texture.  Great toasted or not toasted.  All Gluten & Allergen Free.   Simply Delicious.  Bake fresh in our bakery on Monday and Thursday 

Storage info:  Keep chilled or frozen after purchase or maximum 2 days at the counter (in a cool environment, away from sunlight or heat)  Warm them up by toasting it from frozen work best (Once to defrost and twice to make a toast & top with your favourite spread.)

Our Specialty bun rotates bi-weekly.

Produced in a facility that use poppy & flaxseeds

Storage:  Keeps well 6 months frozen when tightly sealed. 

Burger Bun 3":  Filtered Water, Brown Rice flour, Tapioca Flour, Sunflower Seed Oil, Chickpea Flour, Psyllium Fiber, Xanthan Gum, Baking Powder, Poppy Seeds, Dry Active Yeast, Salt & Sugar.
