Storage info: Keep chilled or frozen after purchase or maximum 2 days at the counter (in a cool environment, away from sunlight or heat)

Storage: Keeps well 3-6 months frozen when tightly sealed.
Cooking instruction for pizza: Best baked on a preheated pizza stone to get an extra crisp at the bottom, approximately 12-15min@425F-450F (or bake your Foccacia Pizza, in the center of oven,on a lightly oiled baking tray approximately 12-15min @425F-450F. you may wish to brown top of Pizza using the "broil" function of oven for 1-2 min). Adjust cooking time according to your oven model.
Cooking instruction for waffle: Toast it from frozen (once to defrost, twice if you like your waffle crispy). Reheating in oven at 325F (from frozen, unwrapped - approx. 6-8 mins) Adjust cooking time according to your toaster & oven model.

Belgian Waffle: Chickpea flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, coconut milk, canola oil, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, sea salt, guar gum, xanthan gum & baking soda.
