Delicious shortbread texture cookies & crisp but not hard biscotti.  Dunk it in your favourite coffee or sandwich 2 cookies together with your favourite jam, ice cream or frosting.

All hand-made in the bakery with no preservatives,

100% gluten free, peanut & tree nut free, dairy free & egg free.  

Ideal as lunch bag snack for grown ups & kids.

Our cookies are baked fresh to order, usually come in a resealable bag.  Keep well in an air-tight jar up to 4-8 weeks. 

Our double baked biscotti keep well in an air-tight jar up to 4 months.
