Christmas Pudding - 454g
Dry fruit blend: Craisins, Raisins, Apricots, Mixed Citrus Peel, Dates, Bacardi Rum, Vanilla, Orange Peel, Golden Flax, Sunflower Seeds, Sorghum Flour, Brown Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Agar, GF Baking Powder, Spices: Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg.
Frosting Mix: Icing Sugar, Guar Gum, Citric Acid
Instructions to make Frosting: Empty Frosting Mix into a bowl, add 1tbs of water. Mix well. Add more water as needed to get a thick consistency but not runny. Use it immediately.
Reheat: Remove packaging, place in a container with lid to reheat at medium heat in microwave for 1 minute.
Steam in oven / stove till warm. Best serve warm with frosting or custard.
