Fresh Brown Bread with subtle taste of Caraway, was our family’s go to Loaf. 

We capture these fond memories in our style of loaves, minus ALL Top 8 Allergens - Bavarian Rye-less Loaf

It did take some time, tinkering & tweaking to achieve the right flavour profile, taste and texture.  Persistence pays!

A perfect alternative to change up your sandwich.  Do try to make a “Reuben”.
