Filtered Water, Coconut Milk, Brown Rice flour, Tapioca Flour, Chickpea Flour, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Raisin, Sunflower Seed Oil, Psyllium Fiber, Xanthan Gum, Vanilla Essence, Dry Active Yeast, Kosher Salt & Ground Turmeric

Heating instruction:  325F for 5-8mins after thawed.  Best to cover with foil to avoid drying out in the oven.  Do not microwave.

Frosting Mix (100g):  Icing Sugar, Guar Gum, Citric Acid

Instructions to make Frosting:  Empty Frosting Mix into a bowl, add 30-40g (1.5 - 2tbs) of water or melted butter/margarine.  Mix well.  Add more as needed to get a thick consistency but not runny.  Use it immediately.
